Rates are subject to change without notice. All room's rates are plus 10% service & 9.7% Mass. tax. $ 35/ night charge for additional guests We only accept personal check, cash or Traveler’s Checks. An ATM machine is close by, should it be necessary. * Cancellation: Deposit refunded, less fees, for up to 21 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 21 days, deposit is forfeited UNLESS ALL rooms are re-rented for the reserved period. There is a $ 75 minimum refund processing fee for ALL cancellations.
